- 3 cups medium grain white rice
- 1 1/2 cups mung bean sprouts
- 1 bunch watercress or spinach
- 1 large carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil (divided)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (dark soy sauce, if you have it)
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup napa cabbage kimchi
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- Toasted sesame seeds
This is step by step to making bibimbap :
1. Cook the rice, make sure to make rice cooked perfectly
2. Fried bean sprouts , remember dont cooked too long so its still fress and crunchy
3. Steam warercress or spinach , after 2menit take out and wash with cold air dry and chop it
4. Fried the carrot which has slayed into small piece
5. Cut the garlic and frice too
6. Fried the beef until it cooked
7. Fried egg dont make it too cooked so it will be perfect when you mixed with rice
Next step you just have to put all ingredients in a bowl , add soy black sauce and gochujang after that put some sasame oil and sasame seed on top ,finally bibimpab just must be mixed and ready to eat.
